Lets start off with some Lightning news. Recently John Tortorella demoted Vinny Prospal from the 1st line and boy did he respond! He scored twice to include the game winner in the third to “shove it up to somebody’s butt” of an unnamed person (Torts). I found this to be quite humorous and really appreciate the way Vinny responded here. Torts is known for taking stands with players, regardless of who they, in order to get them to perform better. This seems to be losing a little bit of it’s effect lately with the players here, but it’s nice to see Vinny step up. Maybe he can ignite something and get this going here.
